From payment to door, our turnaround time is 7-10 business days until you receive your brand-new floor!
Processing Time: As soon as we receive payment, we immediately begin processing the order which includes order verification, quality check and packaging which can take 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: Our primary shipment method is FedEx Ground. This can typically take 5-7 business days. We are more than happy to expedite shipping for you. This is subject to additional costs from the original order total. Tracking: After we the items have shipped; we are happy to provide you with the tracking number. Once you receive confirmation of shipping and you have not received your tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
